Rules & Regulations Committee


The Rules & Regulations Committee provides information and recommendations to the Board regarding the development and enforcement of rules. The Committee regularly reviews current rules and considers recommendations for rule changes. The Committee assures that copies of the approved IronOaks HOA Rules and Regulations are made available to all Homeowners.


Committee members include Homeowners with legal, administrative, and analytical skills who have an interest in reviewing the details of community rules and standards and assuring that these are consistent with state and local statutes and other HOA governance documents.
